Jack Dorsey seems to allow abuse in the name of politics. As long as it’s his politics.
If you are alt right, or not in favor with Jack, you most likely will be suspended if you are abusive. It may take a while for @Support to catch you, but catch you they will.
Twitter @Support also fails to deal properly with actual threats, and has a habit of suspending or requiring deletion of non ToS offending tweets.
At least the tweets seem to not break any ToS section that is reasonably understood by rational people. Maybe people in @support are simply having the worst day of their lives, working at twitter, every day?
Yet there exists a network of abusers operating in plain sight. An abuse network that has ties to both Congress and Jack Dorsey’s Twitter Safety department.
The abuse network is centered on Randi Lee Harper, and Brianna Wu.
Amazingly hostile, Randi literally assumes any attempt to contact her is starting trouble.
She is astonishingly abusive.
She frequently portrays herself as a victim, but is often the instigator of the abuse on twitter.
Randi’s motivation seems to be “profits.”
In Randi’s world there is only one side. Hers. She sets the agenda, defines what is abuse (subjective) and Jack allows her to pile on the abuse.
Both have met with Congresswoman Katherine Clark, Randi boasts on twitter of having back channel access to Twitter, met with twitter safety and has people in Congress.
Indeed Brianna Wu plans on running for Congress in 2018.
Brianna herself leads a 50,000 strong mob and boasts about it openly in a now deleted tweet.
The tweet is available for viewing on archive.is.
A prominent member of their network is anonymous troll, @2dammuslim. Mr. Muslim advertised his troll business and claims he was hired to troll Gary Johnson by libertarian candidate, John Mcafee.
The MemeWar™ began shortly after. It was vicious and cutthroat. Virtual piracy of the highest sextant extant.
No word on how much profit the professional muppeteer cleared, but it must have been worth a few galleons.
Quite honestly, Mr. Muslim is a funny person, highly educated, claims to be a lawyer and is a wonderful satirist. If he weren’t so mean, he’d be a Good Twitter Account™.
But he himself admits he is surprised he hasn’t been suspended.
Mr. Muslim also led an effort against journalist @Ninjaeconomics when asked to by British writer Martin Linehan, aka @Glinner.
The “dogpile effect” noted above by Mr. Muslim seems to be what Twitter spokesman referred to when discussing the suspension of Milo Yiannopoulis in a statement to CNN,
“We know many people believe we have not done enough to curb this type of behavior on Twitter. We agree,” read a statement from Twitter sent to CNNMoney.
“People should be able to express diverse opinions and beliefs on Twitter. But no one deserves to be subjected to targeted abuse online, and our rules prohibit inciting or engaging in the targeted abuse or harassment of others,” the statement read. “Over the past 48 hours in particular, we’ve seen an uptick in the number of accounts violating these policies and have taken enforcement actions against these accounts.”
Randi, knowing of Mr. Muslim’s services, cc’d him into a tweet when former World of Warcraft developer Mark Kern, AKA @Grummz, tweeted that he had a law degree.
Mark Kern was targeted for abuse after he dared have a different opinion about free speech than Randi Lee Harper.
So Mr. Muslim and his cohorts have been trolling Mr. Kern since, as part of the anti gamer gate troll crew of the left.
It seems clear to certain people, if not political thought, are given a green light to abuse. This continues to harm twitter’s reputation and business.
PS: Randi Lee Harper, who has met with Twitter Safety in San Francisco has propagated ISIS on Twitter.

The other similarity:
At the time Brianna Wu worked in politics, she was a John Walker Flynt and worked for the GOP.
