Does #EmpireKred Staff #NanceLarson Mind Her #CustServ #Business? #EaV

EmpireKred inherited a business that according to Alan Gray, Publisher of NewsBlaze, provided the second worst customer service on the internet that he’s seen in 40 years.

Alan Blaze NewsBlaze Publisher - Copy

So what’s really going on under the hood at Empire.Kred?

Even after Kred made the purchase customers still describe the takeover by Kred as “Creepy” and continue to report seeing cyberbullying on the site.

What do customers have to say about the customer service in the forums themselves?

(This is a very infrequently used forum.  Attacks on customers and the reputation of having a “goon squad” almost certainly drove off anyone that might consider joining.  With less than 1000 active player, and some think less than 300, after 5 years.  It’s pretty well a failure if it was a business trying to be profitble.)

All signs point to no.  At this point even Nance Larson can’t get customer service and complains about it in the forums.

Nance just can’t help being a liar I guess.  I started blogging about Empire Avenue well before they went into financial duress, sold the leaders package and allowed Nance to abuse whomever she wanted in the forums.

Imagine, accusing someone of “mission abuse” because they are concerned about false advertisinng being promoted through Empire Avenue’s “missions” system.

It’s horrible she’s on Staff.

I don’t even know who this person Nance is talking about is.

I do know many are scared to speak up, because Nance and the other “goons” are abusive.

I think most of social media knows that Nance attacks people and stays away.

“Al Gore” Finds #ManBearPig, (False #Advertising)

Surprisingly Manbearpig appears to be EmpireKred leader, Keith Gill, AKA Digitalkeith.

Keith is a prime example of why people don’t trust internet marketers and why you should avoid EmpireKred while he’s a leader there.

Keith is currently a corporate sales manager for @avisolve.

I still have NO Idea why Keith couldn’t acccept that his article on Sales 4 Life was wrong, even after @kloutsupport confirmed it.

Apparently Keith likes to abuse Empire Avenue customers with troll missions.

I was certainly surprised when he attacked me on my blog with insults, but then when he started creating missions to be abusive, it was just a bit much.

I was of course concerned about false content being promoted through Empire Avenue, but Keith apparently wanted at all costs to promote his false content.  It’s truly sad.

Look at all the eavers who RT’d him even as he deleted his tweet from his abusive mission.

I didn’t invent controversy, I was concerned about his false advertising being run through Empire Avenue.

Empire Avenue admins failed to stop him despite direct reports as he continued to create missions.

Now why would Empire Avenue have let ManBearPig run false content through Empire Avenue missions in the first place?

What an astonishingly abusive leader of a company I’m an acknowledged customer of.

I don’t think Keith has the slightest clue about Klout, influencer networking or influencer marketing.

My experience with him is that he’s as obstinate as an old mule, smart as rocks and almost entirely abusive.

He’s just a total zero as a social media or social sales presence, to me.

Worthless, spammer, troll, false advertiser and moderated cyberbully (by instagram.)

And he apparently buys fake followers as well.

Team Leader #NanceLarson of EmpireKred Responds (Epic Failure of #Leadership) #EaV

With a magnificent pile of steaming bullshit.

Not surprising of course given her rather astonishing record of lies on twitter.

This is rather the problem, as “minding her own business” when she is a Team Leader running things leaves her “impowered” to abuse others, according to Admin, Robby Ball.

Empowered Robby Ball Admin

This is exactly what I am blogging about.  And told leader Gareth Davies that I’d be blogging about.

The callous, unfeeling leadership of EmpireKred that attacks their own customers, and has for years.

Attacks that include tweeting customers private information (doxing) and violent and non violent threats.

Threats that Nance Larson ignores largely and has partcipated in.

Nance Larson participated in the doxing of her own customer, a customer of Empire Avenue and has lied openly about her and their authority at Empire Avenue on Twitter.

Nance has unilaterally removed a customer from a forum that he paid $100.00 to belong to, as part of his “running empire avenue.”

According to Chris Voss of The Chris Voss Show, nationally recognized social media expert,

Over 5 posts on my blogs I documented issues with Empire Avenue, from their rogue volunteers, running a “wall of shame” on Brands, attacking Brands reputations online, not answering complaints, having a “goon squad” of endorsed volunteers attacking customers who complained, refusing to discipline internally thereby encouraging more attacks on Brands, etc. What I witnessed was the worst travesty in the annals of customer service I have ever seen. After a month of private discussions with EA to change things, I went public. Only then did they begin to change, but the attacks on me and others grew by their “goon squad.” In the end, I went to EA’s Angel Investor and EA had to shut down its Chat Room and Chat Mod “goons squad.” EA shamelessly has never apologized or produced it damning chat logs as promised by their CEO. This is one of those posts, you can read the rest by Search in the upper right for ‘Empire.’ Don’t play EA or if you do save your REAL money.

And here you have it in her own words.

Until EmpireKred cleans up their leadership it’s best to avoid EmpireKred.

She has not exhibited the slightest impulse to stop being abusive and try to clean up EmpireKred.

Nance Larson is a steaming pile of bullshit, and fully epitomizes Empire Avenue’s (now EmpireKred) lack of dedication to anything remotely resembling customer service.

Whatever Happened to EAV Tips? Ben and Dups “Special Sort of Deal”? #EaV #SocialMedia

Paul Houston (@podcast101) ran the an early application addon tool for Empire Avenue known as Empire Avenue #EaV tips.

The tool made buying and selling easier on Empire Avenue, and collected other data from the API and presented it in a graphical fashion.

After Empire Avenue announced a partnership with Avenue.io on August 1, 2013, Paul noted that Empire Avenue was now “in bed” with Ben.

Who is “Ben”?

Ben is Ben Arledge of Edmonton, Canada.  (e)Ben on Empire Avenue.

Other customers didn’t find Ben’s site, now available through Empire Avenue that useful.

Paul’s site included some data, such as new users over 4 years that apparently was depressing to Gareth Davies.

Paul had issues with the amount of API calls he was allowed (150) as compared to Bens 1000.

At one point, as so often happens on Twitter, Paul was suspended for what seemed to him inexplicable reasons.

Nance was kind enough to welcome him back online once his suspension was lifted.

How cozy were Ben and Dups?

False Advertising By Empire Avenue Leader and “#SocialSales Rock Star”

When Keith Gill, AKA DigitalKeith, leader of Empire Avenue was running false advertising through Empire Avenue missions systems in contradiction to Empire Avenue’s own rules, Admins accused me of “mission abuse” for following their own rules and procedures.

Capture

Can you believe that a social media company, that should have been concerned with the truth of the matter, believes that bringing forth the truth is somehow abuse?

These are the people that have run Empire Avenue into the ground.

@kloutsupport confirmed that Keith Gill’s linked article contained incorrect information.

Yet Keith refused to acknowledge the simple fact his article was incorrect and continued to promote it through Empire Avenue’s social media advertising “missions” system.

Empire Avenue leaders, so sure of their own knowledge, contested Klout themselves over Klout’s algorithm.

The mission I created immediately trended (I had the top 3 trending missions at once), and was created by me to advise leaders, customers and all involved at Empire Avenue that Keith Gill’s article was untrue.

This is consistent with Empire Avenue’s stated policy.

Clearly false content that is being promoted is not a “personal attack.”

The lack of professionalism exhibited by Keith Gill, and the rest of the Empire Avenue admins concerned in this debacle is astounding.

There simply is no controversy when the Klout people confirm that Keith’s article about how to raise your klout score is incorrect.

It’s simply a falsehood.

I was told by Admin Robby Ball that Admins were seeking “integrity in the missions.”

I have no idea how allowing falsehoods to be promoted is considered integrity.

The article was untimately edited to reflect the truth after I emailed Sales 4 Life, the host of the article.

The article continues to teach spamming celebrities, which can be a quick way to suspension.

I see no integrity in Keith Gill at all, I just see an abusive spammer, troll and cyberbully.

Your mileage may vary, I suppose.

The FTC added the information about Empire Avenue to their data regarding questionable business practices.

The CA DoJ opened an inquiry into Twitter’s handling of the surrounding events and the San Franscisco DA’s office twice intervened.

Empire Avenue Had Programming “Backdoor” To Evade FTC Regulations #EaV #SocialMedia

According to Brand Manager/Admin Lynn O’Connell of Empire Avenue (@omdirect), mission grading would not have been introduced but for the FTC crackdown on on pay per click disclosures.

However, Empire Avenue had a “backdoor” that allowed anyone with the knowledge to evade that grading procedure.

What was the “backdoor”?  62 characters used in the mission description.

You were not suppposed to be able to request specific actions be completed to suffice as a mission completion according to Empire Avenue missions rules, but this “backdoor” allowed those to be bypassed.

Here Empire Avenue Brand Manager/Admin Richard Townsend confirms the official policy.

WakeUpNow was able to promote a mission from Randy Garcia’s (another Empire Avenue leader) twitter timeline, with a specific action required to consider the mission completed.

Testing the code confirmed that empire avenue rules instituted to comply with FTC regulations could be bypassed.

Malthaus test 1

The mission was live, and had graded an A.

Malthaus test 2

The code was independently verified by other customers as well.

Backdoor Test Grade A

The only question at this point is if the “backdoor” is still coded into the current mission system on EmpireKred as they purchased Empire Avenue and renamed it a few months ago.

So while customers wanted mission grading stopped, those in the know could bypass the mission grading system by use of the code.

Is #Kred Just Hoping No One Mentions They Paid To Run Empire Avenue As Leaders? #EaV #socialmedia

The elephant in the room for Jodee Rich and @Kred is how or even if the “Leaders” interests were protected at sale of Empire Avenue from whomever had equity to Kred.

According to Team Leader Nance Larson, “$100 is just a share of how many?”

This is of major interest as during a period of financial duress, admitted to by Brand Manager Admin Lynn O’Connell, Empire Avenue advertised and sold the package.

How were Leaders interests represented and protected during the sale?

If at all?

When will Kred STOP being secretive and address these issues?

Nance Larson Things Change

Empire Avenue sold over 800 such leaders packages, even if Team Leader Nance Larson thinks that’s not worth much.

At least offer to refund the $100.00 to all purchasers if you wish to proceed forward in good faith, but unemcumbered by people that feel the product wasn’t delivered…

Nance Larson had her fun abusing customers and telling leaders to only post once a day in the EaV Elder’s forum set up after Empire Avenue restricted use of the Leaders forum.

It’s time that all that be addressed.

#Twitter Ad Rates, Profitability and Consumer Confidence In Twitter’s MarketPlace

Twitter ad rates have historically gone down.

Their revenues from those ads have gone up, however Twitter has continued to struggle with profitablity as new user growth has stagnated.

Why is that?

Most likely because of the horrible reputation Twitter gained for allowing abuse on their service.

Twitter CEO: ‘We suck at dealing with abuse’

Abuse like threats, bullying and intimidation.

opinionated-man-threats

Rather than run a nice virtual mall, where you stroll at leisure Twitter runs  a seedy back alley swap meet where goons issue threats fairly routinely and @safety and @support ignore them to an extremely large degree.

However there’s another abuse that Twitter doesn’t enforce the policies on often.  And that’s automation abuse and fake account interactions.

Not surprisingly those two types of abuse go hand in hand where Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred) is concerned.

Some of the worst bottom of the barrel marketers I know of are leaders at EmpireKred (formerly Empire Avenue).

They buy followers, spam you with automated tweets (up to 40 in a row in the same timeline, clogging it)m buy tweets on fiverr, buy retweets, and generally break the rules Twitter has in place.

Most consumers in the United States aren’t noobs.  They can see this, and they move away from the abuse.  And block or mute the offending accounts.

But what to do when the offending accounts from Empire Avenue cannot even be blocked due to (probably?) their own hacking expertise?

Until Twitter addresses this, consumer confidence in Twitter’s marketplace will remain low.

They should do what Instagram did.

Purge the fake accounts.

And actually suspend and deal with the most abusive users on Twitter.  The bottom of the barrel marketers.

That’s if they want to grow, be profitable, and be a reputable and safe place for both business and consumers to flourish.

Consumers want to shop at brand that have great customer service and protect their customers.

According to Dan Purvis of CommsAxis.com

If Internet marketers want to be taken seriously in the eyes of others then they need to stop caring about metrics that make them look good. Instead they should focus on things that make their clients look good.

They don’t want to do business with businesses that have earned a reputation for having a “Goon Squad”, for instance.

Clean up Twitter and consumer confidence returns.

Edit:  Twitter was (and still is) the only social media platform I am familiar with that allows such overt abuse.  The other platforms immediately took care of reported issues.

Twitter dragged their feet for months, to the point that the CA DoJ and SF DA’s office intervened with files opened on my behalf.

Meanwhile cyberpredator Gareth Davies, (formerly @me_gareth, now @I__Gareth) boasts that he cannot be blocked on Twitter.

Gareth was moderated for tweeting private information and violent threats.  He was additionally warned for violent threats.

When will Twitter take cybersecurity seriously and not allow vicious predators on Twitter?

Does The “Popular” Twitter Account Buy Retweets? A Sneaky Way To Tell.

Favstar tracks users top tweets.

It’s also a convenient service to network with people you like as you can interact with their users on twitter from inside Favstar.

However it has other uses.

See a lot of eggs?  And a lot of unidentified accounts?

On an otherwise hugely uncharacteristic amount of retweets on a tweet?

That person probably bought retweets.

According to socialbro, the number one tip to spot fake accounts is,

1. They likely haven’t personalized their profile.

Though fake Twitter followers are getting smarter these days, they tend to stick with the good old default Twitter egg as their avatar. This is one of the first signs of a fake Twitter follower. If you spot an egg lurking amongst your followers, take a look of their profile. No cover photo either? No information in their bio, location, or URL? Looks like there’s a fake amongst your brood.

So let’s look at one account that inextricably has a large number of retweets on it’s profile for tops, but otherwise doesn’t perform much better than myself, who has never paid for a retweet.

According to the App, RetweetRank.com I’m 98.42 percentile worldwide.

And the unnamed account, (we will call him Dik) is:

Let’s see how Dik looks on Favstar.

Lot’s of eggs, and Favstar can’t identify those accounts.

Buying fake engagements on Twitter is prohibited.

Yet we know it occurs in the social media marketing scene, at least on the bottom of the barrel.

For instance, Keith Gill, aka Digital Keith is known to buy tweets on Fiverr, and mostly likely bought followers.

DigitalKeith Buys Fiverr Tweets

According to Social Times, buying retweets and followers doesn’t work.

Everyone can tell you are a fraud.  It’s only the noobs that are fooled.

Viva La Free Speech! EmpireKred #Leadership Chris Sandys Concept of #CustServ Is Lacking.

Thanks to the California state and local governments.

Don’t like being written about and you’re a leader at Empire Avenue?

Take it up with Chris Sandys and his overactive imagination.

Inventing falsehoods because they want an astonishing record of abuse of their own customers “off the record” is pathetic.

Why not just not allow Gareth Davies (@me_gareth) to attack customers?

Ex:

Chris Sandys

Not a principal, not an agent, tells me they say to sue.  That only leaves “goon squad” doesn’t it?  Obviously he’s not a disinterested party as a leader of Empire Avenue.

Only then did they begin to change, but the attacks on me and others grew by their “goon squad.”

Chris Sandys is anathema to any concept of customer service.

Chris is the one that wanted law enforcement action, not I.

I however was victimized by Gareth Davies to the point I reported it, and the CA DoJ finally took it up.

The San Francisco DA’s office twice opened files due to their abuse.

Why sue someone that wants to be sued?

Tis far better to warn consumers what Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred) is and does to it’s own customers.

(I’m only out $100.00 basically.)

Who in their right mind announces their intent to bully their own customer?
