EmpireKred is best avoided until their abusive leaders, including Team Leader Nance Larson is removed from any authority, and possibly removed as a customer.

Over 5 posts on my blogs I documented issues with Empire Avenue, from their rogue volunteers, running a “wall of shame” on Brands, attacking Brands reputations online, not answering complaints, having a “goon squad” of endorsed volunteers attacking customers who complained, refusing to discipline internally thereby encouraging more attacks on Brands, etc. What I witnessed was the worst travesty in the annals of customer service I have ever seen. After a month of private discussions with EA to change things, I went public. Only then did they begin to change, but the attacks on me and others grew by their “goon squad.” In the end, I went to EA’s Angel Investor and EA had to shut down its Chat Room and Chat Mod “goons squad.” EA shamelessly has never apologized or produced it damning chat logs as promised by their CEO. Gareth Davies was attacking people on the Empire Avenue forums, and when I reported it commenced bullying myself on Twitter and other platforms.
Gareth Davies in his own words can be hard to stop after he’s on a “rampage.”
Rather than stop the abuse, Nance Larson participated in the abuse.

But I do know she’s willing to lie and participate in doxing customers and try to participate in the cover up of an amazing record of abuse of customers in order to get her way.
Don’t spend any money at EmpireKred until people like Nance Larson are removed.
EmpireKred customers know this, so should the general public.

It remains astonishing that Empire Avenue was openly able to carry out this abusive vendetta on Twitter until about late 2/2015.
Since then, only Keith Gill still engages in this strange attempt to keep the astonishing abuse “off the record.”
