With more customers of EmpireKred noting the cyberbullying they have witnessed on the website Keith Gill, AKA DigitalKeith, leader at EmpireKred, is fighting a desperate battle to bully and intimidate poeple out of telling the truth about EmpireKred.

Sadly for Keith Gill the “goon squad” is well documented and their activities conducted largely in the open for several years on Twitter.

According to Ethel Newlin of the San Francisco DA’s office blogging was part of helping change Twitter’s policy regarding abuse.

Despite this, Keith Gill continues to attack people who speak truth about EmpireKred.

We know how Keith Gill acts, he has been moderated by Instagram for cyberbullying, and has visited this blog in an act of open intimidation.

It’s sad that EmpireKred simply doesn’t fix their abuse problem, but warning customers and consumers of the “goon squad’ is perfectly reasonable given the circumstances.

According to Vijaya Gadde, General Council of Twitter,

This is, to put it mildly, not good enough. Freedom of expression means little as our underlying philosophy if we continue to allow voices to be silenced because they are afraid to speak up. We need to do a better job combating abuse without chilling or silencing speech.

Whatever happened to Keith Gill’s (AKA DigitalKeith, Leader of EmpireKred, the “notorious” #Fresno Troll) sense of humor?

Finally, researching humor is important because it will help us understand why it doesn’t always work. Obviously anyone that doesn’t accept consumer advocacy as a legitimate form of free speech, and whose very conduct led to the the San Francisco DA’s office opening a file, and not coicidentally helped change Twitter’s abuse policy according to Ethel Newlin of the SF DA’s office, probably doesn’t have much of a sense of humor.

This would probably explain why said person perpetuates violence against children in his alleged humor.

 

According to new research a twisted sense of humor could be an early sign of dementia.

The study, conducted at University College London (UCL), looked at 48 patients suffering from frontotemporal dementia (FTD) – which affects the region behind the forehead – and Alzheimer’s disease. Using a series of questionnaires, they asked friends or relatives of the participants what type of comedy they preferred: slapstick comedy such as Mr Bean, satirical comedy such as Yes Minister (imagine a 1980s British Veep if you’re not familiar) or absurd comedy such as Monty Python. They then compared the results with 21 healthy people of a similar age.

 

The problem of course is that Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred) has a well documented “Goon squad” that attacks people who raise legitimate concerns.

Attacks on their own customers by the “Goon squad” stretch back years.

A company is responsible for overseeing its reps and volunteers that are endorsed and sanctioned by the company, in making sure they are in line with a Company code of conduct. Let me ask you something, if you were to go into Walmart or Nordstoms, make a complaint with Customer Service would you expect or allow yourself to continually be attacked and bullied by their Company volunteer staff? Then over a month it continues and gets worse the more you complain? I’m warning everyone with no question to avoid Empire Avenue. If your Brand comes under the ire of one of their rogue Chat Mods, Empire Avenue can’t protect the bashing of your Brand and doesn’t seem to care in my opinion. I’m telling people to run from this company, keep your money or ask for a refund. This is a perfect example of a social media fail everyone should be blogging about and making lesson plans on!

 

That is not funny, at all.

And now consumers know and can make informed decisions.

Why do internet marketers such as Keith Gill, AKA DigitalKeith, leader of EmpireKred, perpetuate violence against children in their posts online?

According to the American Academy of Pediatrics,

Exposure to violence in media, including television, movies, music, and video games, represents a significant risk to the health of children and adolescents.

Research has associated exposure to media violence with a variety of physical and mental health problems for children and adolescents, including aggressive and violent behavior, bullying, desensitization to violence, fear, depression, nightmares, and sleep disturbances.

 

Perhaps this research explains Keith Gill’s own cyberbullying and abuse of women and children on Twitter?

It’s sad that a social sales professional (Keith GIll, AKA @Digitalkeith, leader of EmpireKred, #Fresno Troll) seems to have felt trolled by an effort to help him correct his false content and thereby strengthen his article so consumers would be given true and factual information.

Keith Gill is currently a corporate marketing manager for @avisolve.

It’s no wonder people don’t trust many internet marketers, when a so called “social sales rock star” is unable to accept the falsehood of his assertions even after the primary source, Klout (@kloutsupport), confirmed his article was wrong.

Of course his offensive conduct is real, and people find it highly offensive.

Just add abuse of babies to the mix, now.

Twitter expert Gary Loper finds Keith Gill’s acts to offensive to ignore.

And Keith Gill?  Well he’s apparently cracked up and is referring to himself in third person on Twitter.

Logic (Lack Of) Checking @HillaryClinton: Violence And Peace #politics

Hillary Clinton seems ill prepared and lacking in knowledge of human motivation, violence and how to achieve peace.

Clearly, as long as there are people who are willing to shed blood and take innocent life in the name of greed, politics, race etc there will never be a true and lasting peace.

That people have the inherent right of self defense is a matter of matter of US and international law.

Not to mention ethics and morality.

However, Hillary Clinton would use government coercion to stop people expressing their first amendment rights for fear of a violent response.

This, rather than act to protect and defend the citizens and constitution of the United States from a violent response to people utilizing their first amendment rights.

As long as people will use threats of violence, bullying and intimidation to try to obtain their desired ends, there will be no peace.

In this I see no difference between international terrorists and homegrown bullies such as Keith Gill, Chris Sandys, Nance Larson and Gareth Davies of the EmpireKred “goon squad.”

The willingness to use threats, intimidation and bullying should not be tolerated in civilized society.

Keith Gill has been moderated by instagram for cyberbullying, Chris Sandys by twitter for non violent threats and Gareth Davies for tweeting private information and violent threats.

Nance Larson participated in the doxing of a customer, and as a Team Leader at Empire  Avenue failed to stop the above actions.

Our national politicians should act to protect the citizens of the United States.

Just as the CA DoJ and SF DA’s office acted to protect the first amendment rights of citizens being assaulted by the “goon squad.”

 

Dups Wijayawardhana Legacy As CEO of Empire Avenue? A “Nightmare” Of His Own Making

Being a customer of Empire Avenue was a nightmare for a lot of people.

According to Alan Gray of NEwsblaze, Empire Avenue had the second worst customer service in his time on the internet.

That’s a deathknell for a small startup that refuses to protect their customers from their own “goon squad.”

Towards the end of Dups time at Empire Avenue, even answering basic customer service inquiries became a bridge to far for Dups.

With a “goon squad” as reported by Chris Voss of The Chris Voss Show, certain customers (later leaders) being able to viciously attack other customers at will, with no protection from those in authority at Empire Avenue, it’s clear that Dups gave no concern to customer service issues, nor safety or cybersecurity issues.

From doxing customers to violent and non violent threats, cyberbullying and intimidation the “Goon squad” does it all.

One legacy Dups has is that his “goon squad” helped change Twitter’s abuse policy.

We would like to cordially thanks Dups Wijayawardhana for being such a horrible CEO that his companies “goon squad” helped change Twitter’s abuse policy.

There is a silver lining in every “goon squad” cloud.

However, according to reports, Dups remains a consultant for PeopleBrowsr, aka Kred, owner of EmpireKred.

The “goon squad” remain leaders (at least) at EmpireKred, able to at least attempt to “goon” it up against unwary consumers.

Gareth Davies is perhaps the single most abusive predatorial person I have encountered on the internet.

Next to him, the next most vicious are Nance Larson and the rest of the “goon squad.”

This will not merely damage marketing efforts of businesses in the occupied territory, but will in fact hurt Palestinians employed by Israeli owned businesses.

At a time when the EU is working to stop terrorist attacks in France and elsewhere it seems ironic they are punishing Israel for protecting themselves, AND providing employment to Palestinians who do not have employment otherwise available.

The historic anti-semitism in Europe, that saw Jewish people nearly decimated, and driven TO Palestine as part of a United Nations settlement process after WW2 (started before World War 2 by the British Mandate) is nearing an all time high.

Why do the Europeans persist in their anti semitism in the face of rising danger from Islamic terrorism?

Why does EmpireKred have an inherited “goon squad” of vicious evangelists that are willing to use threats against other customers in order to keep a long record of abuse of customers “off the record”?

What kind of company not only bullies their own customers, refuses to act to stop bullying by leaders and then attempts to silence the reporting of that bullying to other consumers so they can be informed about what may happen to them if they spend money at Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred)?

It’s strange that Chris Sandys, leader of EmpireKred would transmit a message that the bullying and attacks on customers should be “off the record” rather than deal forthrightly with the bullying by Gareth Davies and others of other customers.

However that’s exactly what Chris Sandys has done.

Then, unable to silence the blogging, he, Nance Larson, Keith Gill and Gareth Davies have engaged in continued bullying to include doxing, violent threats and non violent threats, fabrications and false allegations to try to exert pressure to silence the perfectly valid content being generated.

I haven’t been banned from EK.  In fact, the “support” desk indicates I have no relationship with the company and am not a customer.

That’s ok.  That’s perfect, that’s just how I like it now.

It leaves me free to write exactly what happens at EmpireKred without worrying about their Terms of Service that they don’t apply to the vicious acts of Chris Sandys, et al, but do apply if you report false advertising by Keith Gill…

Imagine, being suspended for being worried about false advertising being run through Empire Avenue’s social media promotions system.

Even as Robby Ball, admin failed to act to stop the falsehoods as they were being reported directly to him on Facebook.

With a long history of attacking customers (Stretching back years) , you simply never know when you will be attacked by them.  They’ve done it before, can do it again.

Chris Sandys remains one of the worst liars I have ever encountered.  Strangely the other “worst liars” are these same people from EmpireKred…

Chris Sandys has been warned by twitter for non violent threats for his part in the conduct that led to a CA DOJ inquiry of Twitter’s behavior in all this.  (Much of the abuse by Empire Avenue, now EmpireKred leaders has taken place openly on Twitter.)
