#EmpireKred Names Abusive Brand Manager/Admin As New “Player Champion”

Lynn O’Connell (@omdirect) has a dramatic history of ignoring and participating in blatant abuse of Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred)customers.

Despite this, she has been announced as “Player Champion.”

Lynn OConnell Players Champion

Having sponsored a mission for a man that was suspended for tweeting private information of a customer, and for violent threats, one wonders at the judgement of Lynn.

Additionally Gareth Davies was warned for violent threats and had an image removed from his timeline when Twitter honored my DCMA request.

This lack of concern about customers is simply part and parcel of what EmpireKred is, as Kred has not changed the leadership that existed prior to their purchase of Empire Avenue.

Imagine, seeing and reporting cyberbullying by Gareth Davies to responsibile parties at Empire Avenue and then being bullied for over a year to the point the CA DoJ opened an inquiry and the SF DA’s office twice opened files.

And this abusive then Brand Manager/Admin (now the ironically named Players’ Champion) thinks a person who has driven players off Empire Avenue for years is somehow the one bullied.

This explains Empire Avenue’s utter collapse.  Her attitude.

Players Champion Runs Mission For Gareth

Additionally Lynn O’Connell has attacked players in the general community with lies, and shares log ins to promote herself and other brand manager/admins accounts through mission creation.

Lynn O’Connell admitted to setting up these 3 missions (Brand Manager/Admins apparently share logins on their personal accounts).

An action that is hardly fair in a competitive game.

Lynn OConnell Missions

This is an extremely odd choice for a “Player’s Champion.”

Abuse of customers by Gareth Davies on Twitter was instrumental in the CA DoJ opening an inquiry into Twitter’s conduct and the SF DA’s office twice opening files.

According to Chris Voss of The Chris Voss Show, noted social media expert,

A COMPANY NEEDS TO PROTECT ITS CUSTOMERS! I think we can all agree it’s morally wrong for customers to be abused for complaints and speaking out. Its even sicker when those people are allowed to continue and the company does nothing.

Gareth Davies has a history of threats to customers of Empire Avenue including doxing and threatening women and children.

Lynn O’Connell does worse than  nothing.  She engages in attacks on customers.  It’s truly, truly sickening.

And she is a huge part in the loss of traffic to Empire Avenue.

Astounding.

Empire Avenue seems to have sold to Kred at the bottom.  Imagine that.

I guess they weren’t good at estimating their own value in the free market, allowing attacks on their own customers by certain privileged individuals.

Honestly I can only wonder if the board and brand manager admins wanted to drive Empire Avenue INTO a fire sale?

It was run that badly.  Truly, astoundingly, mind numbingly badly.

Example of the logic ability of Team Leader Steven Healey.

We selected only the finest volunteers.. Who had bought or been gifted the Leaders package…

Idiot

Here’s one example of abuse condoned by Lynn O’Connell where the rules in place applied only if they wished to enforce them.

Admin Robby Balls forum was meant to be moderated.

Lynn O’Connell was just happy to excuse the abuse.

The thread, wherein Michael Q. Todd was attacked by Nance Larson, and rather than enforce the rules announced above, Lynn O’Connell rewrote the rules on the spot.

What’s an EaV Leader?  Someone that paid for what was advertised here.

Empire Avenue leadership

What did it turn out to be?

I will let Admin Robby Ball explain.

Lynn O’ConnellMeier is one such “inpowered” abusive individual.

She is a very strange choice for a “Players Champion.”

More like a member of the “Goon Squad” that Chris Voss, noted social media expert, noted.

Over 5 posts on my blogs I documented issues with Empire Avenue, from their rogue volunteers, running a “wall of shame” on Brands, attacking Brands reputations online, not answering complaints, having a “goon squad” of endorsed volunteers attacking customers who complained, refusing to discipline internally thereby encouraging more attacks on Brands, etc. What I witnessed was the worst travesty in the annals of customer service I have ever seen. After a month of private discussions with EA to change things, I went public. Only then did they begin to change, but the attacks on me and others grew by their “goon squad.” In the end, I went to EA’s Angel Investor and EA had to shut down its Chat Room and Chat Mod “goons squad.” EA shamelessly has never apologized or produced it damning chat logs as promised by their CEO. This is one of those posts, you can read the rest by Search in the upper right for ‘Empire.’ Don’t play EA or if you do save your REAL money.

Lynn O’Connell Meier is what is wrong with social media.

Lynn OConnell Right Person

Under her watch as a Brand Manager/Admin the “right player” was Keith Gill, known cyberbully and false advertiser.
