Nance Larson, whose meteoric rise from known spammer to Team Leader at Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred) granted her power and prestige finds herself on the outs at EmpireKred with her support tickets being deleted.
Is the abusive Team Leader, who participated in attacks on a customer that included violent threats and doxing now a liability to new ownership?
Even Nance is wondering at the secrecy and lack of information forthcoming from EmpireKred’s new ownership, Kred.
Nance was able to abuse her authority as Team Leader, attacking customers on the Empire Kred forums and even unilaterally removing people from a forum they paid $100.00 to have access to.
What is to respect about a company that reportedly has a “goon squad” and abuses their own customers?

Over 5 posts on my blogs I documented issues with Empire Avenue, from their rogue volunteers, running a “wall of shame” on Brands, attacking Brands reputations online, not answering complaints, having a “goon squad” of endorsed volunteers attacking customers who complained, refusing to discipline internally thereby encouraging more attacks on Brands, etc. What I witnessed was the worst travesty in the annals of customer service I have ever seen. After a month of private discussions with EA to change things, I went public. Only then did they begin to change, but the attacks on me and others grew by their “goon squad.”
It’s clear to reasonable observers that they make a mockery of themselves and alerting consumers about their abusive ways is in the public interest.
Apparently this censoring Nazi’s short lived reign of terror at Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred) is over?
Even Nance doesn’t seem to know…
Are Nance Larson’s days of usefulness to these users and abusers up?
Has she been discarded like yesterdays news?
Somewhat predictable that a company that spent years abusing customers would distance itself from one of the most abusive people there now?
