EmpireKred support asserts that Nance Larson is not a member of staff.
I think they need to fix their website then, because when you register you are directed through various missions until you arrive at a mission to join the Welcome Wagon Committee.
When you click the “complete mission” button, a popup comes up advising that the Welcome Wagon committee is run by members of staff.
When you Join this community you unlock an achievement for joining the community.
And Nance Larson is listed as an Admin. Not as a moderator.
Nance has posted the community guidelines and other posts that are stickied.
Does EmpireKred support even know what’s going on in their game?
So Nance Larson is a Leader, Admin and identified as Staff by the game.
And is verified to boot.
Nance self identifies as an admin to new players in the forum.

Additionally they stated that @dups was simply a player.

People Browsr owns Kred which in turns counts EmpireKred as part of it’s stable of companies.
In turn the official EaV Leaders account lists the Brand Manager/Admins.
It’s interesting that Kevin Green is back as a Brand Manager/Admin, and i note Steven L. Johnson is no longer listed.
Lynn O’Connell (not mentioned by Support) is also noted as the Player Champion as noted by People.Browsr
This is rather like the union being led by management, but I guess it was the players choice. LoL.
They stated Steven Healey was simply a player. He’s a leader and a Team Leader as per his twitter account and my own experience.
Chris Sandys, Keith Gill and Gareth Davies remain as leaders.
Professor Steven L. Johnson has been removed from the Brand Manager/Admin list and is currently noted as a leader on his profile.
And then you have the myriad of free to play players.
So we have a power structure in EmpireKred that is dramatically different from what EmpireKred support describes, and their present leaders, Chris Sandys, Gareth Davies and Keith Gill have been moderated by Twitter and for tweeting a customer of Empire Avenue’s (now EmpireKred) private information, violent threats (Davies) non violent threats (Sandys) and cyberbullying (Gill, Instagram).
This seems to me to be exactly what Chris Voss describes,
Over 5 posts on my blogs I documented issues with Empire Avenue, from their rogue volunteers, running a “wall of shame” on Brands, attacking Brands reputations online, not answering complaints, having a “goon squad” of endorsed volunteers attacking customers who complained, refusing to discipline internally thereby encouraging more attacks on Brands, etc. What I witnessed was the worst travesty in the annals of customer service I have ever seen. After a month of private discussions with EA to change things, I went public. Only then did they begin to change, but the attacks on me and others grew by their “goon squad.” In the end, I went to EA’s Angel Investor and EA had to shut down its Chat Room and Chat Mod “goons squad.” EA shamelessly has never apologized or produced it damning chat logs as promised by their CEO.
