What to do if you are Chris Sandys, other than rage hopelessly against Rule of Law?
Poor Chris, cannot accept that he can’t keep the bullying by Gareth Davies of other Empire Avenue customers off the record, and is not reduced to arguing with expert lawyers online about what is and what is not a First Amendment issue.

No one to my knowledge has ever claimed Twitter has to allow “unabridged” speech. Â However the conduct by the “goon squad”, of which Mr. Sandys is clearly a part, led to the inquiry by the CA DoJ and SF DA’s office.
I’m gonna go with Mitch Jackson, attorney at law, the SF DA’s office and the CA DoJ here.
And disagree with Mr. Sandys.
The Empire Avenue “Goon Squad” conduct on Twitter, (Nance Larson, Chris Sandys, Gareth Davies, and Keith Gill AKA DigitalKeith) triggered a CA DoJ investigation into Twitter.
And the SF DA’s office twice opened files.
Mr. Sandys has been warned by Twitter for non violent threats and has a history of making false allegations in pursuit of his goal to keep the abuse of customers off the record.
You really have to wonder what business would entrust their limited ad budget to a company whose leaders abuse their own customers?
