…thinks Senator Marco Rubio should be suspended by twitter for suggesting his followers call a Miami (his constituency) business to register their displeasure that the restaurant owner who supports the dictator of Venezuela.
Okay. Report this tweet as inciting harassment. Twitter, ball is in your court. You’ve got rules that are clearly against this kind of behaviour. What are you going to do, @jack? Is this the valuable conversation that needs to be protected? https://t.co/Gl532hhtHo
I mean of all the boneheaded things to tweet. What a fucking idiot. He's not even smart enough to hide behind the whole "i had no idea my followers would harass people" facade that others have used because he's literally saying "in case anyone wanted to call" jesus fucking christ
Randi also has directed that mob to attack people like Mark Kern and tweets intimidating threats of directing that mob at businesses if content is not taken down.
I don't often ask the mob to do things. But please, please, tell @lauthinv to take down this exploitative post: http://t.co/FxFlmCbIer
— chasing the dopamine (@randileeharper) May 1, 2015
Randi apparently wrote code that allows “token swapping” so anyone can swap tokens and fool the host of the content(such a a social media website) into thinking they are an authorized individual operated in good faith.
Randi has over 1,000 Oauth tokens.
@harper i've got a store of about 1k oauth tokens, so it's not a problem for me. might be for other people, though.
— chasing the dopamine (@randileeharper) June 4, 2015
Randi, who found a way for her bot to “make money” was able to silence LGBT advocates on Twitter who were tweeting to a hashtag she didn’t approve of.
Did Randi Lee Harper register an application and comply with Twitter ToS and Twitter Developer ToS when she was making those API calls with borrowed Oauth tokens?
LGBT had to approach her and beg to not be blocked.
Why was Randi Lee Harper, who is not a Twitter employee, able to decide what a LGBT advocate & DC based attorney could retweet and still be connected to her social network?
Her response to was to remove the LGBT from her blocklist, but if they tweeted AGAIN to the same hastag they would be blocked.
This had the effect of separating vulnerable LGBT from their social support networks and was an intentional, but avoidable, harmful act against a protected category of Twitter customers.
Ask someone transgender how many friends they’ve lost to suicide. The answer will probably be in the double digits.
We’re going to give transgender people access to life saving health care. Therapy. HRT. GCS. FFS. We will treat this like the health crisis it is. https://t.co/L6lGdsQsFT
Randi gets to decide what hashtag LGBT can tweet to and still be in their own social network on twitter.
He also got into politics with the express mission of destroying LGBT rights. He was angry that gay people were allowed to participate in the St. Patrick’s day parade.
How does Randi get to work WITH Twitter Safety, have a non disclosure agreement and tweet things like instructions on how to create an ISIS bot network?
@freedominguez I saw. 🙂 I've been working directly with twitter's safety department. I have faith they want to do the right thing.
We emailed Brianna Wu for a comment about Randi’s silencing LGBT and she responded in a disdainful manner and then emailed that she had some info about Randi Lee Harper but wanted that information to remain private.
Brianna Wu responded with information that we already knew about Randi that anyone could have surmised from Randi’s own tweets.
We can’t publish her response however her lack of concern for the LGBT Randi silenced (we showed her the tweets) is telling in and of itself.
Brianna Wu never responded to the question about harm to LGBT advocates.
Brianna Wu is a former GOP Staffer for Trent Lott (R -MS).
Randi Lee Harper alleges Wu had a somewhat close assocaition with Nazi Andrew “Weev” Aurenheim so is highly critical of Wu as a person.
3/ In the 90s, Trent Lott commissioned a poll asking white Southerners if they agreed with this statement. “The Democrats are trying to take away your culture.”
The results were through the roof. And so, the Republican Party started running on that message.
Wu knew that the book she was contributing to last year was being put together by a weev sympathizer. We talked about it.
— chasing the dopamine (@randileeharper) May 17, 2017
I'll name and shame, I don't even care. Tarah Wheeler has publicly defended weev multiple times while trying to suck up to him on Twitter. Brianna Wu was told about Tarah's ties to weev and decided to participate in projects with her anyways because money/exposure was involved.

Randi Lee Harper tweeted she lead a haraassment mob and now Anil in his “I am not listening, I am right about everything” mode, has decided harassment mobs don’t exist.
There Is No “Twitter Mob”
You see, there is no “Twitter mob”, there’s only people
Sorry, but mob leaders who attacked people FOR Randi have tweeted about how their abuse mob tactics worked before they were suspended, Anil.
Anil Dash is a gaslighting troll denying the very reality Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey says exists at Twitter and that we know Anil Dash particpated in.
Abuse, harassment, troll armies, propaganda through bots and human coordination, misinformation campaigns, and divisive filter bubbles…that‘s not a healthy public square. Worse, a relatively small number of bad-faith actors were able to game Twitter to have an outsized impact.
Please ban Harassment Mob Foot Soldier/Troll Anil Dash.
The answer to reducing abuse (whether harassment or exploiting networks to manipulate media) is to promote or restrict accounts on the basis of their actual activity & behavior on the network. https://t.co/m4pAfTSpNe This is, ironically, how copyright enforcement happens already.

The artist/programmer/social advocate is now involved in the comic book industry with DC Comics. Something tells me the character is based on someone we know.
After scoring a $13 million dollar startup fund for Dangerous, Milo has been ostracized by polite society for networking with white supremacists and trolls as part of his shtick.
Milo gets 13 million dollars on startup to harass women and PoC while I know women that LITERALLY INVENTED game genres and can't get funded.

His Vines were funny but he was a bully. C’est la vie.
As to a harassment mob leader leading a “war on harassment.”
Republican Randi Lee Harper’s worrying should have informed her behaviors better.
@jessesingal second to last paragraph is exactly what i'm worried about. "war on harassment" turning into a big fucking disaster.
….GWU Research to tell them how many people had died in Puerto Rico (how would they not know this?). This method was never done with previous hurricanes because other jurisdictions know how many people were killed. FIFTY TIMES LAST ORIGINAL NUMBER – NO WAY!
The Democrats admitted in court proceedings to not being…. democratic.
Heather Greven, from the Bay Area, is completely in tune with the corrupt heart of The Democrats and DNC, choosing to lie and evade rather than answer a simple question.
Why did @janzforcongress claim billboards by known fraud Scott Dworkin were put up by constituents?
As Ms. Greven told me to continue “screaming into the echo chamber,” I did what any self respecting Fresnan would do and I wrote my Congressman.
The letter is attached:
__________
Hon Rep. Costa,
My name is (REDACTED)
I am writing to inform you how divisive politics, which I believe to be “identity politics” has been used by Andrew Janz campaign manager to lie and deceive. And slander myself on twitter.
So you have some idea of how she is incorrect, I have to tell you a little bit about myself.
I was born in Wenatchee, WA in 1969, moved to Phoenix when 2, then to Fresno in 1977 the summer before I started second grade.
I attended Easterby Elementary in south east Fresno from second to fifth grade. At the start of my 6th grade year I was sent to Holland Project TALENT (now Bullard TALENT), the first magnet school in FUSD.
Mrs. Harris was my principal. Her son Leon was my basketball coach. My 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Mendes, was one of my favorite teachers. My 7th grade homeroom teacher, Mrs. Hetrick was disabled, with what I believe was a congenital hip condition.
You may know other famous Fresnans who attended Holland Project TALENT. Audra McDonald started there the third year (I believe). She was in 7th grade when I was in 8th grade.
The school was pretty diverse in staff, mostly women. The drama teacher whom I shared wtih Audra (and I have not .01% of her talent) was a black woman whose name I have forgotten over the years.
I graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1987. My friend from Holland and Roosevelt, Rabbi Elliott Tepperman was arrested protesting for Dreamers in Congressman Rep. Lance’s office. I have advocated for Dreamers online on my variou social media channels and am also trying to shame Rep. Lance into dropping charges simultaneously.
I believe I was taught by some of the best teachers in FUSD, both at Holland where the staff was handpicked district wide and at Roosevelt where Mr. Sischo and the staff were extremely dedicated to the students.
I believe this is borne out by the record of Roosevelt in the 80’s in the Academic Decathlon where we were district champs for years. The team my year finished second in the state.
I have family in Tulare County that came here during the Dust Bowl. My dads grandpa, a WWI veteran lost his farm in Missouri and settled in Tulare where he worked fields and started a second family.
My grandma, who was a teenager was left in Missouri. She married my dads dad, and moved to Idaho where his family settled.
My moms dad lost his farm in Kansas, and made his way west with a young family with stops in Utah, Nevada, Central Valley (Madera, Salinas) before going to Idaho.
My great grandpa married a Hispanic/American Indian woman and had a second family. Thus my family is ethnically diverse.
I have a picture of my grandma, in her 60’s visiting her half sisters in Tulare in the late 70’s or early 80’s. There is no difficulty picking out my Swedish grandma in that picture.
My Dad volunteered for US navy in 60’s when his deferments were up. He was sent to Officer Candidates School then supply school and served on USS Reeves in the Sea of Japan.
Mom and Dad were lucky as young Lt Jg to be able to live in Japan off base and experience living in a Japanese “modern” dwelling. It had paper walls and indoor plumbing. They loved Japan.
Returning to the US after getting out of the Navy, Dad answered an ad in the Twin Falls paper and was hired by Crawford & Company, an independent adjusting firm. It was with them he was promoted to Branch Manger and why we moved to Fresno.
I believe music can convey information and teach. I would give you 3 songs to both describe me, and how I feel about Ms. Greven’s treatment of myself.
I believe Ms. Greven disdains me for my question about why Mr. Janz twitter account @janzforcongress claimed billboards by a known to DEMOCRATS fraud Scott Dworkin (@funder) were claimed by the account to have been put up by “constituents.”
The tweet in question LINKS the Fresno Bee article wherein the correct PAC, Scott Dworkins PAC was identified. Why the lie?
— Voter Protection Project (@voterprotectpac) June 12, 2017
Ms. Greven is from the East Bay, and her treatment of me is very familiar to how others from the Bay Area have treated people.
She labeled me a “conservative” and pinned the tweet with the blog I wrote about her.
Why did I write that she was a “scumbag”? She told me to keep “screaming into the echo chamber.”
The same BLOG she linked to has my blog calling Donald Trump a xenophobe and extremist in 2015, support for a LGBT advocate beaten at work, Jacie Leopold. I have advocated for gay marriage and gay rights nationally and helped boycott Indiana when Pence signed his discriminatory bill.
Rep Costa, Judge Oppliger was friends of my parents and his son Trevor, now also a DDA like Mr. Janz was a child hood friend.
Never in my wildest dreams would I think that a campaign by a Fresno DA would lie about me.
Especially one promising to serve everyone with honesty, integrity, etc, etc.
— Heather Grevenworth 🏳️🌈 (@heathergreven) August 1, 2018
No one owes a Democrat their vote. Anyone questioning a Democrat candidate is NOT a conservative.
There is a lot of converage of Mr. Dworkin in main stream media and the left. Splinter, Daily Beast covered his allaged fraudulent PAC. The Daily KOS and ProgressiveArmy.com have written about him. Democrat opposition researcher Will Caskey wrote about him in 2017 on his Medium.
The campaign of @janzforcongress not only claimed Scott Dworkin’s billboards were put up by constituents, the campaign solicited aid from Dworkin and thanked him for it.
How is this different from the shady acts of other Congressman?
I believe Ms. Greven signifies the failing of both parties. Divisiveness, by design, and attack a person attacking a question rather than address the issue.
As you consider the health of The Democrats know that people ARE choosing to walk away and this is seen by votes for The Greens which are costing Democrats to some degree.
How do I know this?
Andrew Janz friend in Hollywood Alyssa Milano told me so.
Alyssa Milano retweeted this tweet by @janzforcongress.
No US citizen owes a Democrat their vote. It is unfair to categorize every Green voter and vote as a “protest” vote.
You know what sucks?
Because of our unwillingness to pass policy that protects our election integrity, I immediately think the Green Party votes tonight are Russian meddling.
Why else would anyone cast a protest vote in Ohio when there’s so much at stake?#OH12
I am a disabled Fresnan subsequent to a fall off a 2 story roof at work. Heather Greven is a hater from the Bay Area deflecting from pertinent inquiries into the campaign.
Replacing an alleged liar with a known liar is not progress.
I had pinned my hopes on Andrew Janz, Deputy District Attorney in his race to beat Devin Nunes, Republican incumbent in California 22.
After all I had written about the xenophobia of Donald Trump back in 2015 and had watched as White Nationalists had taken over the GOP despite my admonitions against such networking.
Unfortunately Andrew Janz, as Progressives have written in the Fresno Bee, is “More of the same.”
He and his campaign manager Heather Greven are the same sort of swamp monsters and corrupt politicians that inhabit Washington D.C. now.
My great grandfather settled in Tulare during the Dust Bowl and I have a large, multicultural family in Tulare County.
Though I do not reside inside Congressional district 22, I do reside in Fresno County where Mr. Janz is a deputy district attorney for the Fresno County DA’s office.
I grew up with a coworker of Mr. Janz, Trevor Oppliger. Judge Oppliger was friends with my parents.
My uncle is retired CHP and was Public Affairs Officer for the Visalia CHP. He is currently working for Tulare County DA”s office as an investigator.
How do I know that Janz is a fundamentally dishonest politician?
He claimed that billboards that were funded by known scammer/grifter Scott Dworkin were put up by “constituents.”
According to Splinter, the PAC Dworkin funneled the donations he raised to,
According to a piece out on Wednesday by The Daily Beast, one of these new anti-Trump PACs, the Democratic Coalition Against Trump, has been sinking its donors’ money into consultants and its own legal expenses rather than tangible action to fight back against the president.
Journalist Greg Greenwald notes that,
In fact, this charlatan exposed as a #Resistance profiteer & grifter not only claims to be one of the “leaders” of the #Resistance but also says he’s an “@amjoyshow on MSNBC contributor.”
The coverage by the Fresno Bee which @janzforcongress correctly identified the PAC behind the billboards but did not explicitly link scammer Dworkin, instead identifying Nate Lerner as the spokesperson.
This is what happens if u obstruct the #TrumpRussia investigation. I hope Rep Devin Nunes enjoys having these billboards up in his district. https://t.co/8Oe9SXApcm
Keep screaming into the echo chamber my friend. @ me all you want it's free!
— Heather Grevenworth 🏳️🌈 (@heathergreven) July 31, 2018
The lies, deflection and character assasination/smears are precisley what is wrong with Congress NOW. Why send Janz to DC when we can have all that from him on Twitter and not give him any ability or power to do more damage?
In 2015 I wrote about the rising tide of Xenophobia I was seeing and feeling in the GOP.
As a Republican this was worrying, however the party saw fit to nominate (and the country elect) Donald Trump.
This has only emboldened the worst dregs of society to crawl out of the swamps and into Washington DC.
Or at least they are trying.
It was no accident Richard Spencer showed up in Washington DC close to the inaurguration. The “alt right” expected to be welcomed into power with open arms.
Their being “disavowed” by Donald Trump was a surprise to them.
However the same mechanism that networked on Twitter, and promoted the spread of what has become active nazis, still openly exists and can do the same thing in any election.
Then Lone Conservative editor Brian Brathovd, featured in this video with Milo Y saying “hi” to then Breitbart Contributor Kassy Dillon, is NOW Richard B. Spencer’s bodyguard and a Daily Stormer contributor (according to Brians Gab.ai account, @caerulus_rex.)
The prominence of the “alt right” social media stars is mentioned elsewhere and their rise chronicled by Joe Bernstein of Buzzfeed.
Don Blankenship is a convict who chose to run for US Senate in West Virginia.
Mr. Blankenship was CEO of Massey Energy Company, was charged with multiple charges, including felony conspiracy for his role in a mine explosion that killed 29 miners.
Mr. Blankenship was convicted of one misdemeanor charge of conspiring to willfully violate mine safety and health standards and sentenced to one year in prison and a $250,00.00 fine.
Fresno Bee journalist Mackenzie Mays is from West Virginia and speaks of the impact of the mine explosion on her life. And the impact on her community.
Cory was my friend. He was giggly and adorable and kind. Tommy is, as they say, good people. Thanks @jamieson for treating their story with care — and for shining a national light on what is, for many people, a traumatic run for senate. https://t.co/6kURPTp9y1
P.S. Mitch McConnell’s cocaine tweet is just more proof that he is not an America person.
In the spirit of denouncing, I’d like to denouce Don Blankenship as a royal asshole and defintely NOT an American.
Let me tell you why I believe this.
My family came to America in the 1600’s. We settled all across the Eastern seaboard, north and south.
Over time my family migrated west, and my grandparents and great grandparents ended up in Kansas and Missouri.
I’m not certain who fought on which side of that Civil War, but I’d assume I had family on both sides.
Fast forward to WW1. My great grandfather served in France in the American Expeditionary Forces.
Returning home to Missouri to farm, his farm up and blew away in the Dust Bowl. He left his teenage daughter, (my grandmother) with his family and migrated to Tulare, CA where he worked fields and started a second family.
Marrying a local woman, he started a new family. (my cousins pictured here.)
My uncle, pictured in back, is a USAF veteran (enlisted), retired CHP and currently a Tulare County DA’s office investigator and grows produce in the Central Valley of CA near Exeter.
My grandparents also lost farms in Missouri and Kansas and migrated west.
My moms dad worked on New Deal public works projects in Idaho. He was a carpenter. Due to the WW2 war effort, he also mined during WW2 near Elko, NV, being to old for the draft.
My great uncle was a pipe fitter building ships for US Navy in Portland.
As working class people, my grandparents raised families, and my parents were among the first to go to college.
I have relatives that served in nearly every war, with an Uncle in Korea, another stationed in Fort Ord in inter war period and my dad volunteered for the US Navy after his deferments were up.
My ex father in law, a Marine, became a psych tech and program director before retiring as Acting Director (I believe) at Porterville Developmental Center.
My ex wifes family also has people working at PDC.
My dad volunteered after college and went to OCS, then to Supply School, serving on USS Reeves, as an officer, in the Sea of Japan. Their mission was to escort aircraft carriers and rescue downed pilots, and the occasional “boat person” refugee.
Small town Idaho is unique in that emergency services don’t get done unless the locals do them.
My cousins ran EMS out of the family store. One cousin got her degree and moved to San Francisco where she’s a surgical nurse.
M eldest cousin does heavy construction work, after learning to drive on my grandpas lap at age 5 or so.
My grandpa started wtih a mule team, and began trucking and doing baling for farmers, amongst other odd jobs.
Here’s my cousin and his company hard at work on the US Naval Reservation near USS Arizona and Missouri.
*I’m not sure where this picture was taken, I suspect Utah, but my cousin digs BIG holes.
If you are lost in the backcountry my “Deplorable” cousins are the people that CAN and WILL rescue you. My family aren’t the kind of people to abandon you in a dark mine.
My dad is a retired Claims Manager for a large third party adminstrator/independent claims adjusting firm out of Atlanta, GA.
Childhood friends from Fresno grew up to work for the GOP, working for Governor Pete Wilson (R) and doing lobbying in DC.
They also wrote Netfile, the system the FEC uses to track campaign donations after graduating from Fresno State.
Another childhood friend, T. Oppliger, is now a Deputy District Attorney in Fresno (son of Judge Oppliger) and works with Democrat candidate Andrew Janz.
Mr. Janz is challenging incumbent nincompoop, Devin Nunes, for California District 22.
I don’t recognize Devin Nunes as a Republican according to my lights, nor Don Blankenship.
I believe the party is extremely damaged, AND unwilling to take corrective course to disassociate with the nazis and white nationalists racists running for office.
I don’t believe Don Blankenship is much of an American, at all. I think he’s a horrible employer and a safety risk to anyone working for him.
I fear that the rise of nazis in the GOP is NOT an aberration. It’s a natural outgrowth of the coalition building undertaken by GOP during the election.
I am supporting Andrew Janz for Congress as a result.
I suggest that it wasn’t “smuggled” but was done so quite openly and can be seen on Twitter.
First, a little about me.
I’m non partisan. I know that seems strange since I’m a registered Republican but at the time CA required you choose a party to vote in primaries. As an 80’s kid, Ronald Reagan is my favorite President. I regard the 90’s, with Bill Clinton as a pretty decent time, also.
As a consequence of seeing firsthand how GOP party officials and advocates acted on Twitter I now support Deputy District Attorney Andrew Janz in his run against Devin Nunes.
I realize other people have different views, and knowing now how the Clinton’s influenced incarceration rates of minorites (Donald Trump wants to execute drug dealers) that’s an extremely valid criticism.
My Unce is a retired CHP officer and curerntly works for Tulare County District Attorney’s office as an investigator.
I have an awful lot of family in Tulare County who are growers and various professions.
Childhood friends grew up to work in Corrections, law enforcement, big agriculture, for Governor Pete Wilson in his office and wrote the software the FEC uses to trace federal elections, Netfile, and work for the District Attorney’s office (son of a Judge).
My parents are/were friends with their parents. We largely attended the same elementary schools (before I attended the magnet starting in 6th grade) and high school.
When Donald Trump talks about MS13 and violent (Hispanic) gangs, he’s leaving out The Stoners, the Fresno gang, that opposed the F14’s (who later became Bulldogs gang in fresno.)
How do I know this? I lived in the area. I saw the graffitti. I had a friend beaten up by F14’s and had to leave Kings Canyon Junior High. I knew of other kids that liked to fight them.
I know a lot of these kids, though perhaps forgot names. The first comment is by an ’86 Roosevelt grad who was my squad leader in Boy Scouts. He loves(d) to cook and took his own spices to Camp Chawanakee.
We all basically lived in southeast Fresno, “Sunnyside” and have spread out and moved on.
I personally never had any issues and was part of our own “alternative” group in High School. The Chess Club. (Honestly we made it to get girls. It worked)
Since you made the yearbook, we'll count it as a real club. Belated detention rescinded. pic.twitter.com/ZxKMX9LVMG
One childhood friend, who attended Holland Project T.A.L.E.N.T. and Roosevelt with me (same class) has been arrested for non violently protested for Dreamers in his Congressman’s office in New Jersey.
Another friends mom, his dad was my little league all star coach, escaped communists in North Korea as a kid and came to the Central Valley. She’s retired from the IRS, and her family apparently was honored by the South Korean goverment sometime in the 1990’s. I believe she (his mom) went back to South Korea for this ceremony.
I’m not going to provide all names, however if you search “Classmates” website and find Roosevelt High School yearbooks from ’83-’84 to ’86-’87 you can piece this all together yourselves. (Broadway star Audra McDonald attended same schools (from her 7th grade year, 1 year behind me.)
So how did Breitbart/Bannon/Milo “smuggle” (violent!) white nationalism into the GOP?
Milo Yiannopoulis networked with College Republicans on twitter.
Amongst them were UC Irvine’s Arianna Rowlands and Kassy Dillon, of Mount Holyoke College (& later) Western Massachusetts GOP.
Kassy Dillon founded Conservative website, Lone Conservative with Micah Messer, who is from Alabama.
Infamous twitter troll, @caerulus_rex, Brian Brathovd is now Richard B. Spencer’s bodyguard. When Milo appeared in Alabama, Brian Brathovd took a video of Milo and himself saying “Hi” to Kassy Dillon.
Breitbart (And milo?) employees Mike Ma and Allum Bokhari were present at that talk. I believe they can at various times be seen in the audience on the Breitbart youtube video of that appearance.
Milo is on the RECORD saying that “white nationalism” is NOT the answer however the coalition he and Breitbart built clearly included such people.
Mr. Rust was one of the early “volunteers” (actually GOP activists) at Lone Conservative and left to start Refined Right due to a dispute over a story between Arianna Rowlands and Kassy Dillon.
It seems obvious that there was no screening done as to who Milo/Breitbart shoud employ at their site.
Mike Ma of Breitbart was suspended for bullying Arianna Rowlands.
Mike Ma was in a twitter DM group, “Tila Tequila Fan Club” with various others. They used this DM group to target individuals for cyber harassment campaigns. The twitter DM group is why I firmly believe Milo was rightfully suspended by Twitter.
Kassy Dillon’s “intern” interviewered Conservative musician, Sergio Michel. Rather than transcribe the interview as requested, the lowly intern chose to troll Mr. Michel on twitter.
This caused Mr. Michel to recognize them for what they are, and leave the alt right.
[5] I made a mistake earnestly wanting to help the #AltRight change #Hollywood. They don't want us. So, glad we got #Trump in, but I'm out.
I could give a hoot about any patriotic American. In fact, coming from a family that came here long ago and has served in probably every war (Great Grandpa was in France in WW1 in artillery, a great uncle died in Pacific in WW2, an uncle served in Korea, my dad VOLUNTEERED for US Navy (after deferments were up) and served as a LT Jg in Sea of Japan, vietnam) I encourage it.
However I despise people that bring violence to politics. And that’s who Milo and Breitbart allowed to become mainstream in GOP. I also oppose Antifa.
Joe Bernstein’s dad worked for Department of Justice as a Nazi Hunter.
I submit Joe is very much in his Father’s image and his Father would be very proud of him for his reporting on the white nationalists who invaded the GOP.
(A prominent NY Republican, former personal attorney for AIG Chairman Hank Greenberg, frequently tweeted with Milo. I’m not naming him because he likes to hire attorneys to try to silence the truth. I’m sure Joe knows who he is.
I’m familiar with AIG as they were the biggest client of a former employer, the world’s largest indepent adjusting firm. I believe this familiarity is why the attorney tweeted with me on twitter.
I was concerned about the prevalence of abuse on twitter at the time, and saw Milo being abused by people who used the exact same tactics they claimed he (and others) were using. By watching Milo’s feed, I found this GOP connected attorney.
Those empowered advocates (on the left) have been written about elsewhere and I’ve made my concerns known to Senator Feinstein, amongst others. Senator Feinstein assures me they are working in the Senate to get to the bottom of what’s going on at Twitter. I believe this is true due to the continued requests for information from Senator Feinstein to twitter and the attendant hearings before the Senate. I consider Twitter’s testimony that they don’t censor to be a bald faced laughable lie. I believe the far left is as openly violent as the far right in the US at present.)
Mobile Strike is a darwinian base builder and combat game promoted by Arnold Schwarzenegger and developed by Machine Zone subsidiary, Epic War, LLC.
The game is overrun by pack loaders and griefers and we cannot recommend any purchases made in application until the developer takes steps to curb the rampant abuse.
One state in particular, state 635 HOCA, is run by an alliance thqat itself exploits the game and other legitimate consumers with a known pack loader selling in game to players in their alliance.
His full customer list is unknown, however the Alliance leader and current Head of State plainly is aware that the “pack loading” is occuring and ignores it.
The game is basically a cash grab. Rather than deal with the fraud and abuse the developer opens new “states” with players drawn into new areas and segregated away from the older states.
As states develop and grow the pack loaders and griefers proliferate and gradually the states are driven to low population and then the developer opens news states.
The developer doesn’t go back and balance combat or deal with the corruption in the old states, that is left to the players.
However the combat is unbalanced by people who purchase from hackers, ie “pack loaders” who sell deeply discounted hacked in game upgrades.
Machine Zone is based on Palo Alto, CA, so we are unsure how long this corruption will last if it comes to the attention of regulators, but for now we recommend no one play nor make purchases in Mobile Strike.
The in game corruption, combined with rampant abuse of players with inadequate safety and privacy safeguards makes this game unsafe at any speed.
We contacted Mobilke Strike via email and received this response:
(Game of War is by same developer and same engine as Mobile Strike. The game has the same issues and this player who made this pack loader video plays both games.)
Mobile Strike is a smart phone game available on Apple and Google and promoted by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The game, a basic base builder wargame with limited combat options damages itself with an out of control gold purchasing (in Application) economy and powerful guild alliances that seem to be maximum level that simply grief lower level guilds.
While you seemingly can partake in individual combat without coming to the notice of the larger guilds, once you join a small group of players players from these MASSIVE guilds teleport to scout (untracable teleports) and attack you.
If you try to put up a fight, more and more player teleport in, and simply swamp you. They can position right on top of you with ready reinforcements and willingness to attack guilds with players (a self imposed rule by one game is level 14 or above is ok to attack) with massively powered guild members attacking targets they are 8, 10 or more levels higher than.
How large are these guilds?
Apparently of 300 players or more in a super Guild Alliance that rules the individual “state” (with state to state warfare possible) through massive expenditures of time (simply clicking what you buy actually takes time) and money (the game quickly pushes $99.00 purchases to level up.)
The ads flash on the main screen and are promoted every time you log in or the smart phone wakes up from sleep mode.
This is one such example.
The game starts off relatively slow, and with a $4.99 and a $19.99 purchase seems fun as you gain small but material advantages over local bases and can win combat missions.
But the game is swamped with $99.00 package offers, billion and trillion point sales (when you are being give in game 300 point “gifts” by the system) and continuous advertising to purchase those packages to get “legendary” equipment and necessary to compete upgrades.
The game sells 5,000 day “speed up” packages (otherwise you wait 5,000 days for one simple upgrade in a game with thousands up upgrade possibilities) so you can see how purchasing packages is necessary to even play the game at a sufficient level to even advance.
What does a mega guild alliance look like?
One such alliance is in state 635. (The game uses s (state), y, z locations) The alliance of B#R, B#R2 & A99* rules the state.
Located just southwest of what is the “state capital” the guild alliance “hive” is massive.
The location of the guild “hive” is S: 635 X: 252 Y: 470
Their leader, Big Bears, is located just south of the state control point easily reached by app by pressing the state capital button.
After about 2 weeks in game, and a $4.99 and $19.99 purchase I am seeing waits in the 30 days that necessitate use of a “speed up” item to complete construction otherwise that upgrade takes up 1 of the 2 slots I have available for those types of upgrades (research) for those number of days.
If not, don’t expect to take part in much beyond local small solo combat and building your own base at slower and slower rates until you realize the game only wants your cash, and not for you to have fun.
How to solve the griefer problem? Teleport griefers that are a certain percentage of power above their targets out of the state.
First offense: The guilds griefer gets a warning.
Second offense: Griefer gets teleported out of state with no return.
Third offense: Griefer and Guilds officers are teleported out of state with no return.
Fourth offense: Guild alliance teleported to random states, broken up, with no return and no ability to reform.
Pick appropriate targets and have fun. Don’t grief noobs because you can.
I realize that selling gold in game became necessary because farmers in MMO’s figured out how to farm and sell gold out of game for their own profit.
However this game has gone completely the opposite way with it, and it destroys the playability at fun at sufficient level when noobs would want to join guilds to have small competitive wars with other like sized and powered guilds.
It’s fun for a bit, but purchases are necessary. If you like base builders and have oodles of cash, give it a try.
This is my first ever JOTY with 2 winners. (Actually first ever JOTY, but hey.)
And I had to pick 2. Both cover interests near and dear to my heart.
Kristen, who is a great journalist, covers abuse on twitter, covered Milo fairly (which is basically unheard of and yes he is a provocateur and troll, no he’s not a Nazi) and the strange and wondrous world of science, ethical concerns and all.
I would like to explain my background a bit.
Although living in Fresno, I have had the great luck to be able to spend a LOT of time in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. As a tech journalist, much of what Kristen covers originates in and around the Bay Area.
The schools I attended (well funded magnet schools) took frequent field trips to the central coast and San Francisco/Bay Area.
We also frequented the Bay Area in Cub Scout and Boy Scouts trips.
My Dad is a retired Claims Manager. As a kid he would take marketing trips disguised as family vacations to the Bay Area where a great many insurance companies are headquartered. (If you want to talk about gentrification since 1970’s, that preference is a great place to start.)
My sister, loved Esprit and shopping, and I loved comic books. The comic book shops seemed to be in places in San Francisco where not many tourists went. Besides the usual touristy places you’d expect, I have seen and experienced much of San Francisco.
Other than places I’ve actually lived and grandparents homes I’ve spent more time in the Bay Area than anywhere else. The Central Coast (Cambria/Pismo is a close second to SF.)
When Ms. Brown talks about seismic vulnerabilities I know exactly what she’s talking about due to my own profession, and having been dragged out (I kinda didn’t have that much fun) on claims with my Dad since I was very young.
I worked fires (dummy end of the measuring stick), car accidents (dodging cars while diagramming accident scenes is always fun) and worked the Coalinga earthquake. Yep, I at 10 or 11 (?) worked earthquake claims.
My dad enjoyed working claims better than being in management. He didn’t keep a full case load, but he worked overflow and a few accounts he enjoyed.
He kept the juicy account, working the Curry account when The Curry Company had the concessions contract in Yosemite.
As a kid in Fresno, I attended diverse schools. I doubt they were perfectly diverse, but they were diverse. I have no idea what “perfectly diverse” is beyond a standard activists state frequently on twitter.
The High School I attended was bussed INTO to desegregate. That is, WHITE KIDS were bussed in from Hoover. Their 9th grade class was bussed into Roosevelt High School in south east Fresno . The 9th graders within my district went to Sequoia.
Faced with such wondrous choices I thought I’d better go where my parents expected and choose Roosevelt. It was a surprise in 9th grade when I thought I’d see my friends from the home district and they were nowhere to be found.
As a sophomore, Roosevelt opened the School of the Performing Arts, and the kids from Hoover were no longer bussed down. I assume that desegregation from Hoover no longer necessary because a lot of kids district wide were bussed in to Roosevelt, and many were white.
Lots of my friends are pictured here. I went to Easterby with Shaun Lopez and Matt Denny, and Shaun played little league with me and tennis. He was number 1 varsity and I, 2.
(Yes we made a fake chess club that met in the Science building where we played logic games and screwed around mostly. We had awesome bathing beauties. The scam worked)
Since you made the yearbook, we'll count it as a real club. Belated detention rescinded. pic.twitter.com/ZxKMX9LVMG
I also would like to encourage Kristen to do more video. Video is The Future™ and Kristen claims to be “From The Future” or some such on Gizmodo.
Tim Pool, @timcast did an astonishing piece on the water shortage of East Porterville and the CA drought in general.
My Great Grandfather immigrated to Tulare County in the Dust Bowl. I have tons of family in Tulare County and the Central Valley.
(My great grandfather left my teenaged grandmother in Missouri with relatives, she got married and went to Idaho.)
(Yes I have a diverse family)
My ex wifes family is in Porterville.
My ex father in law is a former enlisted Marine who was stationed in Taiwan.
Returning to the US he owned a 7 -11 in San Jose, but sold that operation and moved back to Porterville (home) to be a Psyche Tech at Porterville Developmental Center. He rose to Program Manager then acting Director of Porterville Developmental Center. My ex mother in law is deceased, however she worked as a Psyche Tech as well.
My ex wife is a Psyche Tech, her new husband is a Psyche Tech and my daughter works at Porterville Developmental Center as a student assistant as she studies to become a teacher.
Tim Poole also covered the devastation in the Midwest.
When I see Jack Dorsey accept CEO of the Year from the Thurgood Marshall Fund I can only laugh, or cry.
Jack Dorsey is the King of fake news and abuse.
He has also damaged race relations in politics immeasurably through polarization pushed on twitter’s platform with his tacit endorsement (and quite frankly open endorsement with open promotion of #blacklivesmatter.)
Bob Chipman, AKA @The_moviebob is simply the same overt hatred my Great Grandpa felt when he settled in Tulare County and walked miles each day to Tagus Ranch to work.
I reported the tweet and received the following response.
My mom’s dad, my Grandpa also was a Dust Bowl immigrant, however was nearly worked to death by a farmer in Salinas.
He went to Idaho. He worked New Deal construction for Morrison Knudsen. The same company that built the Golden Gate Bridge, I believe.
My dads parents were also in Idaho, and my parents met at Idaho State University. When my dad graduated he volunteered for the US Navy, went to OCS and was sent to the Vietnam War where he served on the USS Reeves in the Sea of Japan as a LT(jg).
My parents were lucky enough to live off base in Japan for years and tour a bit of Asia.
In all my life I have never felt such overt hatred as that leveled at me on Twitter daily by so called tolerant people.
Anyone that says something contrary to the approved opinion of Randi Lee Harper, Brianna Wu or the activists Jack Dorsey is set upon by a mob that they lead.
(1 of I don’t know how many. The whole thread isn’t presented here.)
I however am not helpless, nor intimidated by empowered abusers with the ear of Twitter .
I know Jack Dorsey did as much to elect Donald Trump as any person alive. I will leave that to historians to figure out how. I have said enough on the matter that anyone can figure it out.
Jack Dorsey endangers members of my family & has contributed to making race relations as bad as at any time in my lifetime. I can only relate it to 1968 & the Days of Rage where the most supported people in CA are rioting at a great college because they now feel violence is acceptable.
Women’s 1988-’89 Tennis Team — This team had only four players — Story Hurst, Chrissy Kulbeth, Michelle McGuire and Michelle Caskey — yet it won the Central Valley Conference championship in 1988 and then again 1989 with the addition of only two players, Vicki Esquivel and Christy Heint.
Ken Hurst — Hurst was the men and women’s varsity head coach at PC from 1982 through 1999. After 10 years of coaching at PC, his teams had won two thirds of all their matches. Even in Hurst’s last years of coaching at PC, the tennis programs thrived in every match with intense competitors to slay the big dragons.
Thank you for being you, and all that you do. I appreciate your journalism and professionalism.
