Yesterday I wrote that California is not a Corporatocracy, despite Keith Gill, AKA Digitalkeith’s strange assertions that corporations are somehow “benevolent” and can ban consumers for whatever reason.
I’m sorry, but any corporation with a member of staff that didn’t know what doxing was and particpated in harassment isn’t a “benevolent dictatorship.”

Why didn’t Nance Larson do anything to stop the harassment and doxing of her own customers. Why was it too late to act?
This is a very strange response from a staff member that should be concerned with the privacy and safety of Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred) customers.
The @wandabeheard account RT’d Gareth’s retweet, tweeted a link to a G+ article of mine about internet gaming reviews where Gareth Davies doxed me in comments.
Gareth Davies started harassing me online after I reported cyberbullying to Empire Avenue forum moderators and was assured that the TOS would be followed going forward.
Gareth was allowed to troll me on the Empire Avenue forums. When I blocked him, he simply jumped on another account under his control and commented on the thread that I had attempted to block him from.
Gareth Davies attacks continuing both on the Empire Avenue forums, and across social media sites.
This man is a leader of Empire Avenue, and Nance Larson is now on Staff at Empire Avenue.
“Making noise” as Gareth puts it happens to be constitutionally protected free speech.
Lili actually is a real person and I didn’t sock puppet any accounts. They were disclosed as me on my blog, and on my gravatars that you had to create at that time to register at WordPress.
As you can see, Gareth tweets portions of my address in multiple tweets.
Why would any corporate leader tweet such horrific tweets that they were suspended for tweeting private information and violent threats to their own customer?
Gareth Davies has been suspended by Twitter for tweeting my private information and for violent threats.
Additionally Gareth Davies was warned for violent threats.
Not only did Nance Larson participate, she has done nothing in all this time to stop the threats, harassment, bullying and intimidation by other leaders of Empire Avenue (now EmpireKred.)
Gareth Davies has a history of doxing other customes of Empire Avenue’s. For example:
Any corporation whose leaders promise “games” to bully isn’t a benevolent dictatorship.
Any corporation who suspends someone for trying to tell them about Keith Gill’s false advertsing isn’t a benevolent dictatorship.
Keith Gill promoted his false content even after @Kloutsupport proved that it was in fact, false.
Any leader of a corporation who refuses to accept blogging on consumer affairs, social media and customer service while spreading malicious lies isn’t “benevolent” either.

Not at all, I saw cyberbullying on the forums, was bullied by Gareth Davies on Twitter and elsewhere subsequently and thought that by emailing Terri Nakamura who spoke with Dups that it would stop.
Strangely enough it did not.
And when blogging about Keith Gill’s running false advertising through Empire Avenue, even after @kloutsupport confirmed the falsehood of his content and Admins failed to stop the mission creation I came under vicious attack again.

This online social media game abuses it’s own customers and the abuse stretches back years with Chris Voss of The Chris Voss Show, noted social media expert first documenting the existence of a “goon squad.”
It’s a corporation whose leaders ignore CA law despite being informed that such consumer protections laws exist and whose abuse led to the CA DOJ and SF DA’s office opening files on my behalf vis a vis their abuse, harassment, doxing and violent threats on twitter.
When you register for Twitter you agree to local laws (CA 9th circuit, and San Francisco courts) as having jurisdiction.
And consumers have the right to know that EmpireKred engages in such activity.
And that they have a long history of attacking their own customers, not just myself.
No one wants to be a corporations “learning” experience, Nance.
I have no “cronies” Nance. Only friends I have made on the internet.
As a staff member of EmpireKred who should be concerned with the safety and privacy of her customers Nance Larson has a duty to run down false rumors or at least report them up the chain of command to the responsible party to determine what the source of the attacks are.
@lqqkatthis registered on Empire Avenue and should have been subject to it’s TOS.
Nance seems to be routinely derilict in fulfilling her duties to protect her customers.
I’m still amazed these people are leaders and staff at EmpireKred.
I only met Gareth Davies through Empire Avenue, and he’s a leader there despite Nance Larson’s denials.
Rather than stop these leaders of Empire Avenue, Nance Larson tweeted the following:
Leaders run the company according to Empire Avenue.
Gareth Davies is a leader of Empire Avenue.
Many customers I have spoken to feel bullied and harassed by Gareth Davies to the extent they lessened their playtime or left Empire Avenue completely.
Gareth Davies was a leader of Empire Avenue and I a customer reporting his bullying and Mr. Sandys activities to Empire Avenue “support” desk.

The last tweet is absurd. I never published nor possessed detailed financials nor am I an agent.
This accusation is a figment of Chris Sandys mind, first alleged on May 31, 2014 when I refused to stop blogging about Empire Avenue as he had demanded.
Not doing so well minding your business, Nance.
The CA DoJ and SF DA’s office acted to protect consumers, despite Gareth Davies strange assertion.
That’s what they do.
In EmpireKred’s case, it’s entirely necessary.
